Pro Proofing - PDF vs Online

I understand that you are currently working on a way for professionals to proof their work before ordering and I'm very excited about the release.

I know you have recently brought about a proofing feature for after a book is ordered which is online, and I just wanted to suggest (or check) that the new feature being developed for professionals will be in PDF format rather than online?

Like removing the clickonprint logo from a professional's photobook, it is not ideal for a professional to send a link to another companies website to their customer. Also having the proof online limits being able to zoom in (the current online version is very small).

This feature would put clickonprint software above most competitors.

Hi Jess,

We understand that as a professional photographer that you don't want to share your supplier with your customers. Just like the option to remove the branding in the Pro version of our software we'll ensure any proofing method offers this too. We haven't made final decisions as too which method we'll go with - there are pro and cons with both and we're currently feasibility testing this at the moment,

Just as a side, our current PhotoBook preview option it only under a beta release and we'll continue to develop and improve this. We do currently offer the ability to embed the preview on your website. This preview has no Clickonprint branding, and no reference to Clckonprint even in the source code. You can add this to your site by clicking on the 'Share' button on your order tracking, copy the 'Embed' code then paste this on your website or blog.

We also understand that the current previews are a little small, once again this was simply part of our staged beta release to live test functionality and response from our customers. We're set to release an update to our software shortly and part of this will cater for larger photobook previews. I've attached a 1:1 scale jpeg showing the preview size that we'll be upgrading to shortly.

Thanks Michael! Hadn't thought about putting the embedded versions in my blog.
