Our sincere apologies to anyone trying to contact us yesterday afternoon and this morning. Due to a service outage from our ISP, our network and telephones were affected and we have been unable to receive inbound calls or respond to emails. We are told that the situation will be resolved today Thursday December 2nd and we will respond to any outstanding support requests as soon as we are able to get back online. Orders are still able to be uploaded and we do not anticipate that this outage will affect delivery timeframes.
