Thank you to all our customers contacting us with concerns about the horrific flooding occurring in and around Brisbane. We wish to ensure you that the flood water has not directly affected our production facility and all staff are safe and well.
Our primary concern is with the continued safety of our staff and their families. We have advised our team members to not risk traveling through flood waters or potentially being stuck away from home. As such we have a number of staff who are unable to attend work.
We ask for your continued understanding during this time as our reduced staff levels may impact the production time on some orders. We have also been advised by our delivery partner, Australia Post, that their postal network has also been effected by the flooding and staff absentees - this may cause some delays in the delivery of orders.
