When ordering my book recently - filling out the selections for cover type, paper...etc, I didn't have anything to reference regarding what the difference was between the selections parat from price. Now I understand that nothing beats handling the different papers...etc in person, but I found that the website had a lot of lovely photos of differnet books, but nothing in context in terms of - this is what is looks like with xxx cover, and this is what it looks like with yyy cover (and similarly for different paper types). The best place for this would be on the pages where you select these options to get quotes - having photos of perhaps one or two books with that specific option selected would help the novice make an informed choice (and might help up-sell some things if you could see the difference).
