How long does it take to upload a photobook order?

The time it takes for your order file to upload varies depending on the number of photos in your book and the type on internet connection. On a standard broadband internet connection an A4 photobook with about 40 photos will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Larger books with hundreds of photos may take a few hours to upload.
If you are having difficulty uploading your order due to a slow internet connection or a very large order file, you can leave the software to upload overnight or create a CD order via our software which can be sent to us in the post.

I have attempted to upload an order overnight - as it was over 200 pages I went to bed. have returned to my computer and found a message that read that my firewall was stopping the process being completed, I closed the firewall and proceeded. Within a matter of seconds I had a message confirming the upload has been successfully completed - but I have not found any photobook order ID. Has the file made it. If it has not - what process do you recommend to have a successful upload?
