On the first launch of our software you will be prompted to enter your activation code. A copy of this code is displayed on screen after you click the 'download' button and a copy will also be sent to your email address.

The standard activation code is a 14 character code containing both letters and numbers. Eg. AQ000008735111

Once the software has been activated you will not need to enter the activation code again.

If you receive an error  message advising "The activation code is invalid." re-enter the code, checking that the 14 characters have been entered correctly with no spaces. Please note that the number zero (0)  is tall and skinny, while the letter O is wide and round.
